Mr. Addison joined Castlelake in 2017 as part of the Aviation Asset Management team, focused on asset management, including returns, deliveries and day-to-day oversight of the Castlelake fleet. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. Addison was with CIT Aerospace International as an assistant vice president, technical. There, he focused on airline surveys, maintenance reserve claims, lease extensions and non-default structured early terminations. Mr. Addison was also responsible for aircraft transition oversight. Prior to joining CIT, Mr. Addison worked as an aircraft surveyor with Charles Taylor Consulting, focusing on aircraft inspection and record audits. Mr. Addison began his career as an aircraft maintenance engineer with British Air Ferries, KLM UK and Titan Airways. He holds an EASA B1 license with multiple type ratings and received his M.Sc. in air transport management from City University, London.
