Andrea Norris
Director, Capital Formation
Andrea Norris joined Castlelake in 2024 and is part of the Capital Formation team. She is primarily focused on client management and fund formation activities. Prior to joining Castlelake, Andrea was a Director on Värde Partner’s Business Development and Investor Relations team, where she focused on investor reporting and diligence. Prior to Värde, Andrea was with EY, providing tax services to asset management clients. Andrea received a Bachelor of Business Administration with distinction and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Andrea is a CPA (inactive).
